Ways to use pepper jams & Jellies

Pour over Cream cheese
For a smaller portion, cut the cream cheese in half-length wise and use half of the jar.
For a fancy version for guests, put a dab of cream cheese directly on a cracker or toasted bread cut up and put a small spoonful on top of the cream cheese.
Mix with Cream Cheese

Heat the cream cheese slightly in the microwave or at room temperature, then use a whisk to make a creamy texture. Then mix by folding the jam or jelly into the cream cheese until smooth creating a great party dip for chips, pretzels, & crackers. 

Grilling

Great for glazing or marinating beef, pork, chicken, fish, etc. Just put on the top and let the flavors soak in.

Barbeque Sauce
Mix with barbeque sauce and create a great glazing sauce for pork and beef ribs and even cooking in the crock pot with Lil’ Smokies.
Chicken Wings

After cooking the wings, toss in your favorite jam/jelly. For more of a glaze, place in a 400 deg. oven for 5-10 min.

Ham

Tropical jam or pepper~peach jam work great for flavoring and putting on a nice glaze. Prepare your ham your favorite way and lastly, pour jam/jelly on top of ham and place in oven.

Dipping Sauces

Chicken nuggets, jalapeño poppers, charcutier boards, and even a simple meat, cheese, and cracker plates turns into perfection! 

Sandwiches

Turn a ordinary sandwich into extraordinary just by substituting jam/jelly! Turkey, swiss, and raspberry~Jalapeno anyone?

Fan Favorite

Everyone thought I made elegant burgers for dinner. Truth is, I only added raspberry~jalapeno jam to the top of the burgers before serving!

 Mix with sour cream and butter and spread on biscuits, sandwiches, and even loaded baked potatoes.

Sandwhiches

Cranberry Horseradish can be used to make leftover sandwich spread with chicken or turkey. Other jams such as Blueberry ~ Kiwi, Strawberry ~ Kiwi, Raspberry Jalapeño, and others work well too.

Spread a layer of horseradish jelly on a tortilla shell and layer roast beef, cheese, and other toppings, roll and slice! This is a party favorite and everyone thinks I catered it in.
